结果:TPVB使用率为14.8%(2070/13966)。GA-TPVB组的术后肺部并发症发生率(30.4% vs 33.5%,P=0.005)、术后房颤发生率(2.1% vs 2.9%,P=0.041)和住院天数(中位数[IQR],5[4-5] vs 5[4-6]天,P<0.001)均显著低于GA组。经1:1 PSM分析后,我们调查了2,640例(1,320对)患者使用与不使用TPVB的不良结局差异,发现差异仍然存在,即相较于GA组,GA-TPVB组的术后肺部并发症(29.8% vs 34.2%,P=0.014)和术后房颤(2.2% vs 3.6%,P=0.028)发生率较低,住院时间较短(5[4-5]天vs 5[4-6]天,P<0.001)。在多因素分析中,GA和TPVB联合应用是术后肺部并发症(OR=0.879,95%CI,0.793-0.974,P=0.014)和术后房颤(OR=0.714,95%CI,0.516-0.988,P=0.042)的独立预测因素。然而,在多元线性分析中,住院天数减少与TPVB使用后较低的术后肺部并发症和术后房颤发生率有关,而不是TPVB的应用本身。
