Dear 新青年麻醉论坛 members:

Thanks for New Youth Anesthesia Forum (新青年麻醉论坛) (www.xqnmz.com) for inviting us to become New Youth Anesthesia Forum ( 新青年麻醉论坛) English Forum Moderator team. The team will be composed of three anesthesiologists from the United States (Jeffrey Huang, Xiaoyun Zhang, Jiapeng Huang). ( Dr. Jeffrey Huang is in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Xiaoyan Zhang is in Los Angeles, California,and Dr. Jiapeng Huang is in Louisville, Kentucky )

The goals of the English Forum:
   Introduction of new ideas,
   Introduction of new concepts,
   Introduction ofnew technology,
   Introduction of new practice management methods
   Organizing discussion of interesting topics
   Creating a platform for Chinese Anesthesiologists to express their opinions in English
   Creating a platform for Oversea Anesthesiologists to express their opinions
