向往而又不可及的地方
据说每一个累成狗的外科医生都在心里谋杀过坐在椅子上偶尔看看监护仪的麻醉医生。
真心向往，真正的teamwork在我们医院很难实行，急诊另当别论，光择期的危重病人有时让接班的人都措手不及，病人重，外科医生不重视或者带组医师级别不够要接台，等到病人来时，主任级别已经下班，自生自灭去，只是祈求病人不要扑倒你怀里死。哎，还是大医院好，至少制度上让我们这种年资低经验不足的人能定心

其实team work 在协和管用，在基层未必管用，因为你的那个二线也许也强不到哪里去，呵呵。
anesthesiologist has short life span is a unarguble fact. well, cause of it? first, unhealthy lifestyle in OR may cause major health problems. the problems anesthesiologist may face including long working hours, stress environment, irregular time for sleep and food. deprivation of sleeping. involuntarily absorbing harzdious meds. second, abuse of narcotics which is fairly high among anesthesiologists due to availability. third, sucide rate is high, in general, it's related the stress of job. forth, Accident cause by nature of the job. exposure themselves in unfriendly environment. needle stick is one of the common incidents. so put them all together, then it is easy to figure out odds for you to survive in OR.
