　　医院开错刀的事情屡有耳闻，在华西晨课上刘进主任也强调围术期核查病人的重要性，遗憾的是像国外这样的“ｐａｕｓｅ”外科医生，麻醉医生，护士一起核查病人，在国内还仅仅是个不太为人所知的概念。
　　At NYULMC our operative and interventional procedure Verification procedure consists of three steps:
As demonstrated in the video Segment 1 is the Pre-Procedure Verification. This is followed by Segment 2 is the Anesthesia Time In and the Anesthesia Time Out for regional block. The final segment 3 how we conduct the Surgical Time Out.

During verification, the most frequently used word is "Agree". It seems operative procedure can be carried forward only after all of staffes get agreement on the information provided by aneasthesia nurse.
I noticed a gesture by physician, he pointed to nurse and said"Does nurse agree?"
I think this is one way to commit

虽然倡议是好的，但是还是有些人不执行。当然不出错还好。

三查七对啊，我们医院就有过这种事情，双胞胎两个小孩做疝气，大夫急忙做手术，结果做错患者了。
