Always ABC and GCS first. If vital is stable, go for the blood work and image to rule our other injuries (brain, abd, lung and other bone). if it is unstable, starts with fluids resuscitation. If GCS is low, consider intubation immediately.
Surgery must be started when no other injuries and hemodynamic stable, general anes is better.
