Unlike arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry allows for noninvasive and continuous monitoring of arterial blood oxygen saturation. 三、脉搏血氧饱和度，仅仅反映血氧多少和脉搏次数吗？
脉搏血氧饱和度的系着麻醉医生的心跳，清脆，悦耳，不快，不慢，那一个字，放心，两个字，舒坦。脉搏快了，我们的心跳也加速了；脉搏慢了，尤其是从高降下来，45以下了，我们心也要停跳了，尽管这时已120以上；声音低顿了，我们的心头就像压了块石头。总之，脉搏血氧饱和度啊，你是多么的重要。你是我生命的一部分。
不过我们对她了解多少呢？她的优美的曲线又说明了什么呢？请畅所欲言。

许多年轻医生不喜欢听脉搏氧的声音，但老医生常常开着音量，只为着时刻提高警剔。经过对比，感觉有些经验还是需要汲取的。但目前国内的许多这类仪器就是在无电刀等干扰的情况下使用有效，尤其对基层医院。但有干扰的时候几乎就只能靠临床观察了。就连老麻醉师有时也会被这些仪器吓着，有时心率乎的窦缓了，呵呵。
有时夹手指时间长了的确不准了，夹耳朵上吧，但没有专门放耳朵上的，耳朵夹时间长就出一条深印，看着都觉得不忍，可没办法，手也不能一直捂着，这点不太好办。
