有关脊柱外科围术期视力丧失的实施建议

ps：
Practice 翻译成临床不妥，通读全文临床只是其中之一，我
翻译成实施感觉也不是特好，还没想出更好的词

Advisory 因为作者的引言里的话比较软，不强制，不是，不取代等词，所以个人认为【建议】更符合东方人的[谦虚]

Advisories provide a synthesis and analysis of expert opinion, clinical feasibility data, open forum commentary, and consensus surveys. Practice Advisories developed by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) are not intended as standards, guidelines, or absolute requirements, and their use cannot guarantee any specific outcome

They may be adopted, modified, or rejected according to clinical needs and constraints and are not intended to replace local institutional policies
