你想知道当今中国的麻醉现状吗？别的科室别的麻醉医生都在使用什么新技术新方法呢？新青年麻醉论坛邀请几位中国的麻醉和重症医学专家们来介绍当今中国的麻醉情况。这些文章将包括lCU，小儿麻醉，心脏麻醉，区域麻醉，口腔麻醉，质控。他们将把他们的新身经历，结合当今中国的最新进展，介绍给大家。希望大学能通过这一系列的文章了解和掌握最新的前沿知识，提高自己的麻醉知识。

愿意学习和提高英文水平的朋友也欢迎把文章翻译成英文。

Current status of anesthesia practice in China

Do you know the current status of anesthesia practice in China? What kind of new techniques are applied in other departments, other regions, or other anesthesiologists? New Youth Anesthesia Forum has invited several Chinese Anesthesiologists and ICU physician to write manuscripts to introduce the current status of anesthesia practice in China. These manuscripts will cover many fields of anesthesia practice, including ICU, pediatric anesthesia, cardiac anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB anesthesia, dental anesthesia, quality. The authors will introduce their own experience and practice, and up to date anesthesia knowledge. We hope that this series of articles will help the readers to improve their knowledge and skills.

We also welcome the readers to translate these articles into English.

it is a good topic. however, no guys would like to share or devote their opinions here. I thin that the biggest issue of member of the forum is that they just want to learn pasively or download the ppt they need. Even if they would like to share, they did not go deeper into the cases.

Anyway, I think it's time to let the world know that most chinese anesthesiologists were under high work load but paid less. The burnout and fatigue of chinese anesthesiologist will damage their health, which will then affect the patient safety.
