History unremarkable for coexisting disease. At the end of the surgery, we measured the right ventricular and main pulmonary arterial pressure. They were found to be around 76/3 (33) mmHg and 51/18 (27) mmHg respectively. The ABP was 79/55 (65) mmHg. It is clear that the RV and MPA pressures are much higher than normal.
