3、临床工作中的学习与改善: Practice-Based Learning and Improvement that involves investigation and evaluation of their own patient care, appraisal and assimilation of scientific evidence, and improvements in patient care
4、人际关系与沟通技巧: Interpersonal and Communication Skills that result in effective information exchange and teaming with patients, their families, and other health professionals
5、医疗专业: Professionalism, as manifested through a commitment to carrying out professional responsibilities, adherence to ethical principles, and sensitivity to a diverse patient population
6、制度下的临床工作: Systems-Based Practice, as manifested by actions that demonstrate an awareness of and responsiveness to the larger context and system of health care and the ability to effectively call on system resources to provide care that is of optimal value

我的体会，
1、病人照顾: Patient Care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health.
Honest in heart —— 培养并具备仁慈之心。很遗憾我们极个别医生在这方面的素质不高。
2、医学知识: Medical Knowledge about established and evolving biomedical, clinical, and cognate (e.g. epidemiological and social-behavioral) sciences and the application of this knowledge to patient care.
Information——对信息的敏锐并主动获取信息。很高兴我们现代化程度使绝大多数医生有这方的条件和能力。
3、临床工作中的学习与改善: Practice-Based Learning and Improvement that involves investigation and evaluation of their own patient care, appraisal and assimilation of scientific evidence, and improvements in patient care
Good at summing up——善于总结。世上无难事，只怕有心人。面对复杂的临床问题，只有不断细心总结，才能不断提高业务水平。
4、人际关系与沟通技巧: Interpersonal and Communication Skills that result in effective information exchange and teaming with patients, their families, and other health professionals.
Sincerely——真诚表达。对病人，不趾高气扬；对同事，不勾心斗角。
