我刚去单位上班，他们打腰麻用1ml布比（0.75%的）+1ml回抽的脑脊液，我不理解这是等比重液吗？怎么算的啊

there are 3 concepts you need understand to answer this question.
first is what is density? density is the weight of solution in gram at 20 degree centigrade and 760mmgh. then what is density of your mixed solution of 0.75% bupivacaine with 1mm CSF? you need weight 1 ml 0.75% bupivacaine with 1 ml CSF in 20 degree and 760 mmgh in gram. then you got your first number : density of your mixed solution.
2nd: you need to know what is the gravity of your mixed solution. gravity is ratio of the density to water of your mixed solution. so you need the first number of density divided by 2ml. this is called gravity. so you got the gravity of your mixed solution. 2nd number.
3rd you need to know CSF 's gravity is 1.003 to 1.009. so you can compare your 2nd number to the density of CSF. by far you will be able to the barcity of your mixed solution. could be hyper , hypo, or iso. so barcity is comparing the gravity of two solution. now you can easily answer you question.

为什么不用重比重液呢？重比重液是最好调节麻醉平面的了。

是等比重的。相对于脑脊液糖水是重比重的，故布比加糖水就是重比重，同理加注射用水就是轻比重，加脑脊液就是等比重。不管用什么比重的记住布比的总量书上说极量20mg，临床一般不超过15mg，比如2ml0.75%的布比加1ml10%的糖水就配成0.5%的重比重布比3ml. 把糖水改成脑脊液就是等比重的啦。
