[摘要] 目的 探讨气管内插管致环杓关节脱位的原因、治疗及预防。方法 回顾分析4例气管内插管致环杓关节脱位患者的临床资料，对其治疗方法及效果进行探讨。结果 4例患者均表现为声嘶、咽痛、饮水呛咳，均为左侧环杓关节脱位。发生环杓关节脱位的4例患者，其中3例患者喉镜显露良好，Cormack and lehane分级Ⅰ级，气管插管均一次性成功；1例患者，喉镜显露不良，Cormack and lehane分级Ⅳ级，气管插管3次成功。环杓关节脱位后均经过1～ 3次环杓关节闭合拨动复位后基本痊愈。结论 气管内插管致环杓关节脱位的主要原因是: 插管拔管时机不当和插管时声门暴露不良。及时发现，及时治疗，预后良好。

[Abstract]Objective study the reason 、treatment and prevention ofendotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation. Methods review analyzes clinical data of 4 sufferers of endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation , as to it's cure method and effect to carry on study. Results all 4 sufferers express the hoarse and swallow pain and drinking to cough and all arytenoid dislocations are in the left side.4 sufferers of arytenoid dislocation, 3 among those examples sufferers' laryngoscope rears good, Cormack the and lehane ratings Ⅰ class, endotracheal intubation one time success;A sufferer the laryngoscope rears badly, Cormack the and lehane ratings Ⅳ class, endotracheal intubation 3 times success. after arytenoid dislocation， all shuts to match to turn to reset through1~3 times ,arytenoid dislocation basic recover from illness.Conclusion the main reason of endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation:putting tube to pull out to take care of opportune moment wasn't appropriate and put to take care of the door exposed badly.Discover in time, cure in time, good after preparing.

[Abstract]
Objective Discussion on
the reasons 、treatment and prevention of
endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation. Methods Retrospective analysis of 4 cases of endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation in patients with clinical information, on it's treatment methods and effects of discussion. Results
4 cases with hoarseness,sore throat,cough reflex of drinking water,are left arytenoid dislocation. 4 cases of arytenoid dislocation, 3 cases of patients with laryngoscope displayed good, Cormack and lehane gradeⅠlevel,endotracheal intubation one-time success;1 cases,laryngoscope displayed bad,Cormack and lehane grade Ⅳ level, endotracheal intubation three times success. arytenoid dislocation by 1～3 arytenoid after closing switch with basic afte recovery.Conclusion The main reasons of endotracheal
intubation induced arytenoid dislocation are:cannula extubation times is inappropriate and intubation of glottis exposure to undesirable.timely discovery and timely treatment and prognosis of good.

[Abstract]

Objective

To study the cause 、treatment and prevention of endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation.

Methods

Retrospect analysis of  clinical data of 4 cases of endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation , to study the methods & effectiveness of their treatment.

Results

All 4 patients manisfested hoarseness of voice , pain on swallowing, cough on drinking , and all the arytenoid dislocations were on the left side.Out of the 4 patients of arytenoid dislocation, 3 of them had good laryngoscopic views,Cormack and lehane ratings class Ⅰ, endotracheal intubation was successful on the first attempt.One patient had poor laryngoscopic view,Cormack and lehane ratings class Ⅳ , endotracheal intubation was successful after 3 attempts. After the arytenoid dislocation， all of the patients basically had a full recovery after 1-3 attempts of closed manual reduction of the dislocation.

Conclusion

The main causes  of endotracheal intubation induced arytenoid dislocation are: inappropriate timing of intubation & extubation and inadequate exposure of the vocal cords at the time of intubation. If it is diagnosed early,treated in time , has a good prognosis.
