一.国外危重病期刊目前国外主要的危重症医学杂志几乎都有各自的主页，按照时间顺序提供各期（包括增刊）的目录和摘要，付费订户还可以阅读全文（即所谓的电子期刊）。很多杂志还有简单的搜索功能和主题分类，极大地方便了阅读者的检索和查询。另一个重要功能是读者可以免费订阅杂志的电子目录（e-TOC），只要简单的输入自己的电子信箱地址，之后就能在该杂志每期出版即刻获得当期杂志的目录。国外电子期刊还能够提供诸如PDA支持、原著附含材料、读者给编辑直接电子邮件联系以及最新信息发布等服务内容。以上这些都是国内专业期刊应该借鉴的优点。以下介绍重要的危重病医学期刊（注：本人推荐有一定倾向，读者莫怪）：

⒈ 《Critical Care Medicine》（www.ccmjournal.com） 美国危重症医学会（SCCM）的会刊，危重症医学界的权威杂志，目前影响因子4.195，每年出版12期。网络提供自1995年以来的全文或摘要。该杂志刊登危重症医学有关的最新进展，包括临床、基础研究、综述和病例报道。每期的正文之前往往刊登大量的述评（Editorials），作者一般都是各方面的权威与专家，对当期的重要文章分别进行评论，是了解学科动态和文献价值的重要参考，建议阅读者予以关注。此外在正文之后还刊登“编读往来”（Letters to the Editor），由读者投稿对既往刊登的论文予以自由讨论，并请原论文作者答复，体现了学术民主的风气，这也是国内专业刊物值得学习的地方。（看看杂志主页提供的信息：Editor-in-Chief Joseph E. ⒉ 《Intensive Care Medicine》 读者可自Springer的主页www.springerlink.de进入，之后按照字顺查找该杂志。《Intensive Care Medicine》是欧洲危重病协会（ESICM）和欧洲儿科危重症监护治疗学会会刊，是当今危重症医学界的最主要出版物之一。1989年创刊，2004年影响因子3.034。主要刊载危重症监护治疗学以及相关的麻醉、外科、内科、儿科等领域的原始论文、病例报告、评论、文摘、书评、会议消息等。（看看杂志主页提供的信息：Intensive Care MedicineEditor-in-Chief: L. 11 《Intensive and Critical Care Nursing》（www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/09643397） 1985年创刊，双月刊，每年出版6期。是危重症护理方面最重要的临床文献之一。刊载急危重患者护理、治疗、心理教育以及劳动力评价等方面的文章，每期还以护理的角度针对临床热点问题或进展刊登述评，网上可免费阅览1999年8月以来的文献目次及摘要。

12 《Intensive Care Monitor》（www.intensive-care-monitor.com） 《intensive care monitor》为双月刊，是目前危重症医学领域里最重要的“二次文献”。其主要任务是从近120种医学刊物中挑选与危重症有关的重要研究原著，除刊登该文献的摘要外，还有来自编委会成员的述评，其最大的特色就在于对每一篇原著按照循征医学的观点，对文献的临床价值，证据等级进行总结。可以节省危重症医生的大量时间，集中精力关注本领域内最重要的研究进展，无疑是临床实践必看的参考书。我非常认真的向大家推荐这本杂志。我是从德国同事手里看到这本杂志的，非常棒，我建议大家向单位的图书馆推荐订阅！

13. 其他 由于危重病医学的学科交叉性，因此建议读者还应该关注其他各学科的核心杂志中与危重症医学有关的内容，只有这样才能获取更有效的资源或信息。例如美国胸科医师协会（ACCP）的会刊《Chest》（www.chestjournal.org）、美国麻省总医院的《New England Journal of Medicine》（www.nejm.org）、美国医学会的会刊《Journal of American Medical Association》（http://jama.ama-assn.org/），还有《Lancet》（www.lancet.org）等，以上杂志均为最具国际影响力的综合性医学刊物，具有极高的学术价值。近10年来，危重症医学最重要的学术研究报告几乎都发表于以上杂志。以上刊物不仅有助于了解本专业的最新动态，也便于观察其他相关学科的动态，是拓展学术视野、捕捉学术灵感不可多得的优秀资源。此外，目前危重症医学界共有17种杂志被收录入到美国科学情报研究所（ISI）的期刊引证报告（Journal Citation Reports）中，2004年的具体引用情况见下图。

1．《中国危重病急救医学》（www.wanfangdata.com.cn/src/szhqk/wf_szhqk_browser.asp） 国内急救医学类最具权威性的期刊，实际上也是目前中国危重症医学界的核心刊物。全年发表论文500余篇，刊登的论文中各级基金资助项目的比例达到80%以上。主要刊登与危重症医学有关的基础和临床研究文献，每期还刊发国内著名学者的述评、专业讲座和病例讨论。
2．《中华创伤杂志》（http://zhcs.periodicals.net.cn/default.html） 《中华创伤杂志》是国内惟一能全面、系统地反映我国创伤医学成果和发展动向的高级医学专业学术期刊，能较充分地反映我国创伤医学领域临床救治和基础研究所取得的重要进展和重大成就，如严重多发伤救治和创伤评分、交通伤临床救治及基础理论研究、创伤流行病学调查、创伤救治、创伤分子生物学、创伤免疫学、组织修复及组织工程研究等。

4．《中国呼吸与危重监护杂志》（http://zghxywzjhzz.periodicals.net.cn/gyjs.asp?ID=2154146） 由中华人民共和国教育部主管、四川大学华西医学中心及华西医院主办，主要以述评、论著、综述与讲座、学术动态与通讯及国外进展等形式，报道国内外呼吸与危重症医学领域领先的科研成果和临床诊疗经验，以及对临床有指导作用且与临床密切结合的基础理论研究。主要读者对象为呼吸与危重症医学及相关专业的临床医生、护理工作者及科研工作者。

㈠ The Society of Critical Care Medicine（SCCM，www.sccm.org）SCCM的主页。SCCM是世界上最大的危重症医学学会，具有多学科、多专业的特点，注册会员13000余人，来自世界上75个国家和地区。SCCM网站集临床、科研、继续教育和危重症医学知识普及于一体，跟踪报道危重症医学的最新研究成果，刊登美国或国际重要学术会议通知，目前还提供危重症论坛，免费注册，为世界各地的从业者的自由讨论和交流提供了有益的平台。
㈡ The European Society of Intensive Care Medicine（www.esicm.org）ESICM的主页，内容相对于SCCM站点而言比较少，主要提供刊物导读、热点追踪、站点链接以及会议通知和学科进展等多种内容。
㈢ Critical Care Forum（http://ccforum.com）这实际上就是上述《Critical care》杂志的主页，主要内容是提供《Critical care》的原著阅读，其他还包括危重症医学新闻、书评、影像学或病理学相关内容等。㈣ International Sepsis Forum （www.sepsisforum.org） 国际全身性感染论坛（ISF）是致力于提高对全身性感染，特别是严重全身性感染（severe sepsis）发病机制的理解和治疗的国际性组织，严格地说是医药企业与学术界的一种合作。通过论坛的国际专家委员会根据最新的基础与临床研究结果制定和发布国际共识或指南，并通过成立工作组、设定资源库和建立培训项目等而帮助人类最终战胜全身性感染。
㈤ Surviving Sepsis（www.survivingsepsis.com）  2002年10月2日由SCCM、ESICM和ISF在西班牙ESICM第十五届国际会议上共同发起了拯救全身性感染的全球创议——拯救全身性感染运动（surviving sepsis campaign，SSC），该网站就是由美国Lilly等公司创建的，旨在为医务人员和大众提供全面了解全身性感染以及SSC的平台。网站设计简单，提供重要连接以及相关资料下载。
㈥ ARDS Net （www.ardsnet.org/index.php）ARDS Net是由美国和加拿大的18所著名医学机构共同组成的以研究急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）临床治疗为主要目的的学术团体，是目前最具国际影响的ARDS研究团体。在ARDS Net主页上能够查看研究介绍以及已发表的相关文献。
㈦ Intensive Care（www.intensivecare.com）Intensive Care的主要目的是提供与危重症监护治疗有关的网络链接，包括：危重症医学方面的循证医学网站、危重症医学临床实验网站、儿科危重症网站以及计算机在危重症医学中的应用网站，该网站曾经也是知名的危重症站点，但更新不足是其主要缺点。
㈧ National Guideline Clearinghouse（www.guideline.gov）顾名思义，这是检索美国各医学专业委员会的临床诊疗指南的官方站点。㈨ Pulmonary and Critical Care Update （www.chestnet.org/education/online/pccu） ACCP下属的为危重症专业医生提供继续教育的通讯录，每则通讯都含有4~5篇与危重症和呼吸专业有关的重要讲稿，例如机械通气、血气分析、ARDS等，是进行自学或继续教育培训的重要材料。
㈩ American Thoracic Society（www.thoracic.org）ATS站点。ATS是有关呼吸和危重症医学的国际性专业学会，提供期刊导读、会议通讯、继续教育，学会指南等多种服务。
(十一) Medscape Critical Care（www.medscape.com/criticalcare-home）这是著名医学门户站点Medscape的危重症栏目。Medscape提供免费注册，用户可以订阅其新闻邮件。在危重症栏目中，主要通过继续教育、会议通讯、资源中心以及部分核心期刊阅读等提供服务。Medscape的会议通讯和医学新闻是其亮点，前者通常由专业人士撰写，就国际会议，例如SCCM的年会或是其他国际专业组织会议中的主要进展进行报道；后者提供的咨询较为权威，例如上述Critical care forum中的医学信息多数来自于Medscape。因此是及时了解学科动态的重要窗口。(十二) 重症医学网（http://www.icu.cn/）由浙江大学附属邵逸夫医院ICU创建，网站内容丰富，包含大量医学信息和资源，并设有医学博客栏目。网页内容更新快，栏目设计明晰，是国内危重病医学专业的精品网站。(十三)急救快车（www.em120.com）国内大型急诊与危重症医学站点之一，门类齐全。栏目包括医学新闻、电子期刊、继续教育、大众健康和急救论坛等，此外还能够阅读由美国著名出版公司Lippincott Willianms & Wilkins授权出版的《世界急危重病医学杂志》，该杂志实际上是对《Critical Care Medicine》和另一本著名危重病杂志《Current Opinions in Critical Care Medicine》中部分原著进行编译的中文译本。总之，互联网中存在海量的危重症医学资源，这里介绍的只是其中最具代表性的。实际上，包括网络新闻组、专业医学论坛以及国外著名大学的ICU主页上也都有无数极具价值的资讯，限于篇幅无法一一讨论。笔者建议既要努力提高个人的外语水平，特别是专业外语水平，以保障及时掌握国际动态，又要避免“乱花渐欲迷人眼”的局面，充分利用PUBMED、GOOGLE引擎、e-TOC等工具，有重点地按照个人的专业特点或兴趣进行专题资料的收集，只有这样才不至于在浩如烟海的网络资源面前无所适从。
