in this lecture ,we will cover basic approach to evaluation of hypotension patient and echocardicgraphic evaluation of different cause of hypotesion including TEE views that best visualise this etiology ;TEE findings are assiociation with each cause of hypotension and caveats that may interfere with making a correct diagnosis ,then we will review the images of each findings.
we will start with the case .you are on-called and you are called to assist your colleague who is caring  for a 50 years old female undergoing laparoscopic cholesystectomy(腹腔镜胆囊切除术），patients post month history is signifigant fo hypertension and obesity and blood pressure is sixty over forty ,neosynephine(新褔林）was given to have little effect.there is a TEE machine and probe sitting in the corner of the room.
这个讲座中，我将介绍最基本的用TEE来诊断低血压的方法以及评估引起低血压的不同原因。包括：最有利于诊断低血压病因的窗口;TEE所见与低血压的关糸；伪影对于诊断的影响。随后我们将复习在TEE上的发现。
现在我们开始讨论一个病历。如果是你你将会如何处理，假如你在值班，一个电话过来，让你去协助你的同事处理下面这个病历。50岁的女性患者，正在行腹腔镜胆囊摘除术，既往历高血压，肥胖。现在血压60/40,已经给与了新褔林，但收效不佳。手术室有TEE及其所用探头。

个人觉得这个视频讲的比较浅显易懂，但图的质量不是很好，其实有很多简化定量指标来评估左右心功能、容量负荷的。我觉得讲者可能是从急诊fasting exam那条思路去诊断病人的，而且似乎该患者倾向于急性肺高压，右心功能不全的诊断，不知为何没有讨论下去。
