真心向往，真正的teamwork在我们医院很难实行，急诊另当别论，光择期的危重病人有时让接班的人都措手不及，病人重，外科医生不重视或者带组医师级别不够要接台，等到病人来时，主任级别已经下班，自生自灭去，只是祈求病人不要扑倒你怀里死。哎，还是大医院好，至少制度上让我们这种年资低经验不足的人能定心
