美国麻醉医师协会规定，常规喉镜插管三次或者10分钟以上失败者，为困难气道。
这个是对前面网友关于困难气道的补充，加上这个时间或许更为准确。因为有经验的麻醉医生操作也好，总要有一个时间或者次数的限制，此乃个人愚见，见笑见笑。朋友们可参照Clinical Anesthesia Procedures of the Massachusetts General Hospital, 8th Edition.

Compared with the GA patients, the CAMA patients had a less usage of narcotic drugs (p<0.001), less postoperative pulmonary infection shorter stay in intensive care unit (p<0.05), and a lower medical cost (P<0.05).
与全麻相比，针药复合麻醉病人可减少麻醉药用量(p<0.001), ，术后肺部感染(p<0.05), 重症监护时间(p<0.05), 医疗费用(P<0.05).
