　　凶险型前置胎盘剖宫产术，子宫前壁胎盘几乎全部覆盖并植入，近宫底部无胎盘组织，实施体部剖宫产，切开子宫肌层及胎盘打洞进入，出血汹涌加上胎儿娩出困难，不幸遇到一例新生儿娩出后处于失血性休克，1minApgar评分1分，在脐带表面脐静脉和外周静脉因塌陷而穿刺失败情况下，迫切需要建立快速有效输液通道，尝试脐静脉置管成功后液体复苏成功后继以输血治疗。现将脐静脉置管经验与大家分享，以备不测之时使用！术前未预计到的凶险型前置胎盘，打洞进入处距离脐带根部非常接近，同样存在新生儿失血风险，所以熟练掌握新生儿输液通道建立至关重要！
