【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of Thumper model1005cardiopulmonary resuscitator used when cardiac respiratory arrest for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods With the similar basic emergency measures240cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group consisted of120patients,Used Thumper model1005(made in U.S.A)for machine(plunger)cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency cardiac respiratory arrest patients,for short Thumper group;The comparison group used standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation,for short SCPR group.The two groups are under druggery treatment and electro-shock,meanwhile,Patient monitor was used to monitor the mean arˉterial pressure and oxygen saturation of blood.Results The mean arterial pressure and successful cardiopulmonary reˉsuscitation in Thumper group all were significantly higher than that in SCPR group.Conclusion This suggest that machine(plunger)cardiopulmonary resuscitation method could raise the blood perfusion pressure,increase the cardiac output and blood supply to the heart and brain.It plays a very important role in cardiopulmonary ce
rebral resuscitation and is worthy of being adopted.
