42 articles on the ADRs of propofol were found and they involved 1 350 cases of propofol-induced ADRs. On the basis of analysis, it is suggested that the cardiovascular ADRs caused by the intravenous application of propofol were significant, especially in the elderly, children and patients with heart diseases and no obvious effect on the functions of liver and kidney were reported.
收集报道42篇,病例1350例,通过分析认为异丙酚静脉麻醉引起的心血管不良反应明显,特别是老年人、小儿、心脏病患者尤为显著。结论:从文献分析的角度,认为异丙酚静脉麻醉心血管不良反应明显,而未见其对肝肾功能有明显影响的报道。

Spinal puncture should be performedcautiously at L2,3. CT or MRI is recommended before operation for the patients to locate the position of conus medullaris and avoid injury to the spinal cord.
常规临床采用L2,3间隙进行蛛网膜下腔穿刺时应慎重，建议腰麻病人术前应该作CT或MRI确定脊髓圆锥位置，以避免蛛网膜下腔穿刺时损伤脊髓。

方法 将84例需要口腔局麻注射的老年患者随机分为2组，每组各42例，实验组在注射进针点涂抹利多卡因凝胶粘膜麻醉后再注射麻醉，对照组直接注射麻醉，分别对注射进针时疼痛程度及麻醉注射前后血压、心率的变化进行比较。结果 两组注射进针时疼痛差别有统计学意义（p＜0.05），麻醉后血压变化差别有统计学意义(p＜0.05),心率变化差别无统计学意义（p＞0.05）。结论 口腔局麻注射进针点涂抹利多卡因凝胶能减轻注射进针时的刺痛，有助于消除老年人对麻醉注射产生的恐惧心理，预防治疗中血压的升高，是一种经济实用、简单方便的口腔局麻方法。
Methods 84 cases of oral local anesthesia injections need for elderly patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each of the 42 cases, the experimental group injected into the acupuncture points in the lidocaine gel applied after submucosal injection of narcotic anesthesia, direct injection of narcotic control group, respectively, when injected into the needle and the narcotic pain before and after injection of blood pressure, heart rate changes were compared. The results of the two groups when the pain needle injection into the differences were statistically significant (p <0.05), blood pressure changes after anesthesia were statistically significant differences (p <0.05), heart rate was no significant difference (p> 0.05). Conclusion of oral local anesthesia injected into the pin-point application of lidocaine gel injection can reduce the sting when the needle, the elderly contribute to the elimination of narcotic injection for fear generated to prevent the treatment of elevated blood pressure, is an economic practical, simple and convenient method of oral local anesthesia.
